9 Reasons Why Your Business Needs SEO

      1. Organic search is mostly the primary source of website traffic

Organic search is a large part of the performance of most websites, as well as an important component of the buyer funnel and ultimately gets users to complete a conversion.

As marketers know, Google has a larger share of the search market than competitors such as Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, Yandex, DuckDuckGo and many more.

This does not mean that not all search engines contribute to a brand’s visibility – they do – it’s just that Google owns about 75 percent of the overall search market. It is a clear leader and therefore it is important to follow its guidelines.

But the remaining 25 percent of the market owned by other engines is clearly valuable to brands as well.

Google, being the most visited website in the world (as well as in the United States in particular), is also the most popular email provider in the world (with over 1 billion users). Not to mention that YouTube is the second largest search engine.

We know that a large part of the world that has access to the Internet is visiting Google at least once a day to get information.

Being highly visible as a trusted resource by Google and other search engines is always going to work in favor of a brand. Quality SEO and a high quality website take the brand there.

      2. SEO builds trust and credibility

The goal of any experienced SEO is to establish a strong foundation for a beautiful website with a clean, effective user experience that is easily searchable in search with confidence thanks to the trust and credibility of the brand and its digital properties.

Many elements go into establishing authority in relation to search engines like Google. In addition to the factors mentioned above, power over time accrues as a result of such elements:

      • Quality Backlink Profile.
      • Positive User Behavior.
      • Machine-learning signal.
      • Customized on-page elements and content.

But establishing that authority will lead to more, if not all, other digital adaptations for one brand. The problem is that it is impossible to build trust and credibility overnight – just like in real life. Authority is acquired and built over time.

Establishing a brand as an authority requires patience, effort, and commitment, but also depends on offering a valuable, quality product or service that allows customers to trust a brand is.

      3. Good SEO also means better user experience.

Everyone wants better organic ranking and maximum visibility. Few people know that the optimal user experience is a big part of getting there.

Google has learned to interpret a favorable or unfavorable user experience, and a positive user experience has become an important element to the success of a website.

Make sure you optimize for user experience metrics.
Are you optimizing for user experience? Increasing site speed, content consistency, and interactivity can boost organic rankings, brand awareness, and sales.

Customers know what they want. If they are unable to find it, there may be a problem. And there will be a loss of performance.

A clear example of building a strong user experience is how Google has become more and more an answer engine offering data directly to users on the SERPs (search engine results page).

The aim is to provide users with the information they are looking for in fewer clicks, quickly and easily.

Quality SEO incorporates a positive user experience, using it to work in favor of a brand.

      4. Local SEO means increased engagement, traffic and conversions

With the increasing and increasing dominance of mobile traffic, local search has become a fundamental part of the success of small and medium-sized businesses.

Local SEO aims to optimize your digital properties for a specific environment, so that people can find you quickly and easily, taking them one step closer to the transaction.

Local adaptations focus on specific towns, cities, regions, and even states to establish a viable medium for brand messaging at the local level.

SEO professionals do this by optimizing the brand’s website and its content, including local citations and backlinks, as well as local listings related to the location and business area.

To boost engagement locally, SEO professionals should optimize a brand’s Knowledge Graph panel, its Google My Business listing and its social media profile as a start.

Emphasis should be placed on user reviews on Google, as well as other review sites such as Yelp, Home Advisor, and Angie’s List (among others), depending on the industry.

      5. SEO affects the buying cycle

Customers do their research. This is one of the biggest advantages of the Internet from the buyer’s perspective.

Using SEO strategy to send your message for good deals, unprecedented products and / or services, and the importance and dependability of what you offer to customers will be a game changer.

This will undoubtedly affect the shopping cycle in a positive way in the right way.

Brands should appear in places where people need them to make a worthy connection. Local SEO increases that visibility and lets potential customers find answers, and provides those answers to businesses.

      6. SEO is relatively cheap

Sure, it costs money. All do the best things, don’t they?

But SEO is relatively cheap in the grand scheme of things, and the payoff will most likely be in terms of a brand’s profit and bottom line.

This is not a marketing cost; It is a true business investment. Good SEO implementation will hold water for years to come. And, like most things in life, only with more attention (and investment) will it be better.

      7. This is a long term strategy

SEO can (and hopefully will) have a noticeable effect within the first year of action, and many of those actions will have an impact for more than several years.

As the market develops, yes, it is best to follow trends and changes closely. But even a site that does not have the burden of in-depth SEO recommendations will improve with the basic SEO best practices being employed on an honest website with a decent user experience.

And the more SEO time, effort and budget is committed to it, the better and longer a website stands to be a worthy contender in its market.

      8. SEO exposes new opportunities

High-quality SEO will always find a means for brands to discover and leverage new opportunities, not only to be discovered, but also to shine.

Providing quality SEO to brands means immersing an SEO team in everything from that brand. This is the only way for brand stakeholders to truly market a brand with passion and understanding for it: becoming a stakeholder.

The better a brand is perceived, the more opportunities will be created to help it thrive. The same can be said about SEO.

      9. If you are not on page 1, you are not winning clicks

It is no secret in the SEO world that if you are not on page 1, you are not finishing the organic search game.

A recent study shows that the first three organic search ranking positions result in nearly 40 percent click-throughs, while 30 percent of all results on pages 1 and 2 do not result in clicks.

what does it mean? Two things:

      • If you are not on page 1, you should be.
      • There are still instances when a user types a search query and is unable to find exactly what they are looking for.
